Not if Jon technically died at the end of A Dance with Dragons, and is brought back by the Red Woman like Beric Dondarrion (and Lady Stark/Stoneheart) was brought back by Thoros of Myr! The Night's Watch pledge says "it will not end until my death." It never said that death had to be permanent. TA-DA!
