Re: Canoe Tripping
Hey all! I'm the "member of the Rohirrim" Greg mentioned...my computer has been acting funky lately, so I haven't been able to sign in for at least a week. Greg & I will both bring our cameras, so there will be plenty of pictures to post here afterwards. Lake Berryessa isn't as green/b...

Re: Dunedain Star Brooch...

If that fails sketch the axes dimensions on a piece of paper.

Re: Of Viking weaponry
I like the idea of the Viking/Dane equipment, but then again, I've been adding a Rohirrim flavor to my Ranger-ness, so that's right up my alley. When I get the cash flow, I'd like to build my kit with something like this: -Godfred Viking longsword -Hungarian horse bow -Saxon Scramasax -Bearded or Ma...

Re: Falcata
I agree with Greg here. I'm all for historical accuracy, but when you're dealing with Dunedain Rangers (a fantasy installment) at least a little creative license is warranted. I myself would love to get my hands on a falcata, but most of the falcatas I've found online look like they were all made by...
